Seven Concepts

This project created a custom ERP solution focused on lead management for Seven Concepts, a business experiencing rapid growth due to successful social media marketing. The system was designed to address the founder's struggle with an influx of customer calls, escalations, and operational issues. By implementing structured workflows, automated responses, and centralized data management, the ERP aims to distribute tasks efficiently across the team. We'll measure its impact by tracking the founder's time allocation before and after implementation, aiming for a significant reduction in direct customer handling. Success will also be reflected in improved lead conversion rates and overall business growth, as the system allows for more strategic decision-making and efficient customer service.
