This approach encouraged customers to provide a coupon code at the restaurant, creating a clear link between online interactions and physical visits. The strategy allowed Barge East to accurately gauge the effectiveness of their marketing efforts, enabling data-driven decisions for future campaigns. The success of this method opens up possibilities for scaling marketing activities with confidence, as the restaurant can now directly tie promotional spend to customer acquisition.
